  • Q: Is your art truly original?
    A:
    Yes, most of our artists supply us with the original art. However, we may find some reproductions, if you request us to do so. We have some reproductions in our Clearance section.
  • Q: Why some of your artists have pseudonyms?
    A:
    It's a very popular form of using the art market. Some of our artists afraid that by using their real names they will be "tagged" by location, technique, or level of work. We do not create any names; we use names and bios that were provided to us by artists themselves. We respect their privacy and policies.
  • Q: How expensive is to have the painting stretched by you?
    A:
    It's an absolutely FREE service that comes with your purchase at our website! You can save up to $50 dollars per painting because of free stretching!!!
  • Q: How expensive is your S&H?
    A:
    We normally ship art UPS Ground within the United States and Canada (including Hawaii and Alaska) and charge just about how much UPS charges us for such shipment. Packaging does not add much to the cost at all.

    We ship overseas by USPS mail. It's a little bit more expensive, but the difference is not that obvious, especially with today's Euro: Dollar ratio.

    Moreover, if your purchase is $1000 dollars, or more, your S&H is FREE!!!

  • Q: How do you find your artists? How to become one of them?
    A:
    We are going to skip the first question, otherwise, we'll be put out of business soon, but to answer the second, there are several options:
    • Once in a year we have a juried screening, select art and purchase it directly from artists. We have a quote of no more than 10 new artists per year. The juried selection costs $25 dollars per application, unlimited number of slides submitted. An application is available here.

  • Q: Are there any discounts on multiple purchases?
    A:
    Yes, we are always running some promotions. You can Google our promotions on internet, watch our News Section, sign up for our Newsletters, or just contact us with you inquiry. We'll do all the best to achieve a mutually attractive solution.
  • Q: Do you have an 800 number?
    A:
    Unfortunately, we don't. You are welcome to leave us a message on our regular phone line, or contact us through the form or by email provided on site.
  • Q: How painful is the return process?
    A:
    Not painful at all. Just ship your items back and get a refund. Read more
  • Q: What kind of Payments do you accept?
    A:
    We are heavily accepted Credit Cards (Visa, MC, and Discover) and PayPal payments. However, if you prefer any other method of payment, let us know, we can also accept checks and money order, as well, as other internet payments. Please contact us for further information
  • Q: Are you storing any user's information on your site, included Credit Card Information?
    A:
    We only store your email and full name info for Newsletters. Credit card payment goes through Authorized.net - an online payment receiving system and by-passes our site. We do not store any other information anywhere.
  • Q: Why is that your Jewelry not expensive? Is it of a good quality?
    A:
    Yes, we only sell top quality items on our site. It's not expensive, because we manage to create better relationships with our vendors and we carefully select vendors to work with.
  • Q: Why don't you have your items in greater than 6 quantities?
    A:
    It's a retail site, not a wholesale. We believe, our customers want to feel extraordinary with their exclusive items and not see the same pieces on every other person. We believe in uniqueness, and we are trying to change our collection as often, as possible.
    We do, however, have a wholesale section with a "better quantity" lots.
  • Q: Is your wholesale section available to public?
    A:
    Yes!!! The only reason it called "Wholesale" is because you have to purchase items in lots.
  • Q: Can I create my own wholesale lots from the items available in different sections?
    A:
    Believe it or not, you can! Email us for quotes.
  • Q: What is your return policy?
    A:
    In general, 30 days money back guarantee. S&H is not refundable. You can keep any gifts included in your order. Read more about it here
  • Q: Do you provide with any discounts to your repeated customers?
    A:
    Sure! Just sign up for our Newsletter(s) and we'll keep you posted with our promotions.
  • Q: What is your S&H?
    A:

  • Q: Can I order from both, Art & Jewelry sections at the same time?
    A:
    Yes, you certainly can. We will ship in separate packages however, because we don't want your items to be damaged.
  • Q: I am really in a hurry, may I order a rush delivery?
    A:
    Yes, and it's only 10 bucks more expensive. However, to be on a safety site, email us first with the details, before paying.
  • Q: Do you organize/participate in different tradeshows or market fairs?
    A:
    We do, once in a while. We participate in the events organized by Boston Supports Israel Charity. Learn more about this organization here.
